Real Robot Rules
Welcome to the Learn Robotics Sphere Real Robot Experience.
These rules are designed to protect participants, equipment and the integrity of the competition. By booking and using a Real Robot session, you agree to follow the rules below.
1. Session Access
Each Real Robot session lasts 10 minutes. Access is granted only for the date and time shown in your confirmed booking.
Please be ready before your session begins. Lost time caused by joining late may not be added to the session.
2. Safety Rules
You must operate the robot only through the controls provided by Learn Robotics Sphere.
Do not intentionally force the robot beyond its operating limits, attempt unsafe movements, repeatedly collide with objects, or perform actions that could damage the robot or its environment.
3. Emergency Stop
Learn Robotics Sphere may immediately pause or terminate robot control if an unsafe condition, technical problem or risk of equipment damage is detected.
An emergency interruption made for safety reasons may occur without prior warning.
4. Fair Competition
When a session is part of a challenge or competition, participants must complete the task using only the permitted controls and methods.
Attempts to manipulate the scoring system, interfere with other participants, exploit technical vulnerabilities or obtain unauthorized control of the system are prohibited.
5. Technical Problems
Real robots and remote-control systems may occasionally experience connectivity or technical issues.
If a session cannot be completed because of a verified technical problem on our side, Learn Robotics Sphere may provide a replacement session or another appropriate solution.
6. Booking and Payment
A reservation is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation by the platform.
Each booking applies only to the selected date, time and 10-minute session.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for following the instructions displayed on the platform and for using the robot responsibly.
Intentional misuse of the equipment may result in suspension or loss of access to Real Robot sessions.
8. Acceptance
By booking a Real Robot session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these rules.
