Platform Services<\/h2><p>Learn Robotics Sphere provides or may provide:<\/p><ul><li><p>Robotics educational lessons.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Robot simulation and training.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Skill-based missions and qualification.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Remote operation of physical robots.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Real Robot reservations and live teleoperation.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Performance scoring, rankings and competitions.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Institutional access credits.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Sponsored sessions, digital certificates and prizes, where available.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Features may be introduced, modified or discontinued as the platform develops, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.<\/p><h2>2. User Accounts<\/h2><p>Participants must provide accurate registration information and protect their account credentials.<\/p><p>Accounts are intended for individual use. Participants must not allow another person to complete qualification missions, Real Robot sessions or competitions on their behalf.<\/p><p>Accounts may be restricted or suspended in cases of misuse, fraud, security threats or serious violations of these Terms.<\/p><h2>3. Educational Training and Qualification<\/h2><p>Participants may complete lessons and simulator missions to develop robotics skills.<\/p><p>The current standard qualification threshold for Real Robot access is <strong>at least 80\/100 points<\/strong>, subject to any specific challenge requirements.<\/p><p>Qualification does not guarantee immediate robot availability or a reservation at a particular time.<\/p><h2>4. Real Robot Sessions<\/h2><p>Qualified participants may book available sessions to operate a physical robot remotely.<\/p><p>Unless otherwise specified, a standard Real Robot session lasts <strong>10 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Participants must comply with the separate Real Robot Rules and all applicable safety instructions.<\/p><p>A confirmed session is valid for its scheduled time. Late arrival or connection delays attributable to the participant do not automatically extend the session.<\/p><h2>5. Booking and Payments<\/h2><p>Session prices are displayed before payment. The standard individual Real Robot session is currently offered at <strong>\u20ac1 for 10 minutes<\/strong>, unless another price or sponsored arrangement is displayed.<\/p><p>Online payments may be processed through <strong>Stripe and WooCommerce<\/strong>.<\/p><p>A paid reservation is confirmed when the applicable payment and booking requirements have been satisfied.<\/p><p>Institutional access codes may be used instead of individual payment where the participant has sufficient valid credits and meets the applicable booking requirements.<\/p><p>Participants should check their reservation details before confirming a booking.<\/p><h2>6. Institutional Access<\/h2><p>Schools, universities and other eligible organisations may purchase institutional access credits.<\/p><p>A private institutional code may represent a shared balance of available session credits rather than a separate code for every participant.<\/p><p>Credits are subject to their applicable purchase, allocation and redemption conditions.<\/p><p>Purchasing educational access credits does not automatically constitute a charitable donation or establish tax-deductible sponsorship status.<\/p><h2>7. Cancellations, Refunds and Technical Failures<\/h2><p>Cancellation, rescheduling and refund rights are governed by the applicable refund policy and mandatory consumer protection law.<\/p><p>Where a verified platform-side technical failure prevents a paid session from being delivered as agreed, Learn Robotics Sphere will assess the appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, a replacement session or a refund.<\/p><p>Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies.<\/p><h2>8. Safety and Equipment Protection<\/h2><p>Participants must operate robots only through the authorised controls and within the provided operating limits.<\/p><p>Attempts to damage equipment, bypass safety systems, interfere with another participant or gain unauthorised access are prohibited.<\/p><p>The platform may stop a session when reasonably necessary to protect people, equipment or system security.<\/p><h2>9. Challenges, Rankings and Competitions<\/h2><p>Some activities may offer scores, rankings, certificates or prizes.<\/p><p>The applicable competition rules will specify eligibility, scoring, ranking and prize conditions.<\/p><p>Participants must compete fairly and must not manipulate results, exploit technical vulnerabilities or obtain prohibited assistance.<\/p><p>Results may be reviewed or invalidated where supported by reasonable evidence of manipulation or rule violations.<\/p><h2>10. Children and Young Participants<\/h2><p>Learn Robotics Sphere welcomes educational participation by school students, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguarding measures.<\/p><p>Younger participants should review the platform rules with a parent or legal guardian.<\/p><p>Where parental authorisation or another legal requirement applies to a specific activity, that requirement must be satisfied before participation in the relevant activity.<\/p><p>Additional eligibility conditions may apply to paid Real Robot sessions, competitions, prizes and publicly displayed rankings.<\/p><p>Nothing in these Terms replaces a parental authorisation process where one is legally required.<\/p><h2>11. Sponsored Sessions<\/h2><p>Some Real Robot sessions may be sponsored by participating organisations.<\/p><p>Sponsored sessions remain subject to the applicable qualification, booking, safety and competition rules.<\/p><h2>12. Acceptable Use<\/h2><p>Participants must not:<\/p><ul><li><p>Attempt unauthorised access to robots or platform systems.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Bypass safety or qualification requirements.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Interfere with another user&#8217;s session.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Manipulate scores or rankings.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Introduce malicious software.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Deliberately damage equipment.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Use the platform for unlawful activities.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p>Serious violations may lead to restriction or termination of access.<\/p><h2>13. Intellectual Property<\/h2><p>The Learn Robotics Sphere branding, original educational materials, simulator content, software, graphics and challenge designs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.<\/p><p>Participants receive a limited right to use the platform for its intended educational and competition purposes.<\/p><p>No ownership rights are transferred.<\/p><h2>14. Platform Availability<\/h2><p>We aim to provide reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.<\/p><p>Maintenance, hardware failures, connectivity problems, security incidents or third-party service interruptions may affect availability.<\/p><p>Remedies for affected paid sessions are governed by Section 7 and applicable law.<\/p><h2>15. Limitation of Liability<\/h2><p>Learn Robotics Sphere is provided for educational, training and competition purposes.<\/p><p>To the extent permitted by law, NEW PROFERM SRL is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from misuse of the platform.<\/p><p>Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.<\/p><h2>16. Privacy and Data Protection<\/h2><p>Personal data is processed in accordance with the Learn Robotics Sphere Privacy Policy:<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/learn.newproferm.com\/ro\/privacy-policy\/\">https:\/\/learn.newproferm.com\/privacy-policy\/<\/a><\/p><p>Payment providers may also process information under their own privacy notices.<\/p><h2>17. Changes to These Terms<\/h2><p>We may update these Terms as the platform and its services evolve.<\/p><p>The current version and update date will be published on this page. Where required, participants will be informed of material changes.<\/p><h2>18. Governing Law<\/h2><p>These Terms are governed by applicable Romanian and European Union law.<\/p><p>Mandatory consumer protection rights and applicable jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.<\/p><h2>19.
